Academic Team
Academic Team is...
A club that consists of 10th/11th grade JROTC Cadets who work together to compete in the JROTC Leadership & Academic Bowl (JLAB), a nationally recognized academic competition created exclusively for JROTC students. Cadets who participate will test their knowledge and leadership skills through competing in a series of rounds against other JLAB teams.
Commander's Note
Being apart of Academic Team is a great way to get involved in the unit and be around cadets who strive for excellence in academics and all aspects of life! For the past two years, Academic Team has made it to Level 2, and this year they hope to be able to attend the finals in Washington D.C. Academic Team is led by C/2nd Lt. Augustine who has also been part of Kitty Hawk Air Society.
